After spending four years in Melbourne without a pet, Isabella and her husband decided to adopt a cat named Alan. Their plans changed, and they had to move to the UK with Alan. Here’s how Petraveller helped them with the pet relocation.

Isabella was missing her cats and dogs back home in Brazil. That’s when she and her husband decided to adopt a pet. Isabella recalls, “We went through The Lost Dogs Home’s website and saw a picture of Alan. The very next day, my husband went there and adopted him.” Unfortunately, there were some problems with their housemate, and she had to return Alan. But Isabella was able to bring him back after a week after solving the issues.

Alan is super sweet and active. He is playful and cheeky but also very loving. Isabella proudly says, “Alan is a great addition to our little family, and brings a lot of joy to our lives. After playing for a long time, he will look into our eyes and will come purring asking for snuggles.”

Isabella decided to relocate to Manchester along with her husband Julian, who is a UK citizen and decided to take Alan with them. “He is our baby, and we wouldn’t be able to leave him,” says Isabella.

Isabella had to move from pillar to post to find a pet relocation agency that suited her requirements. She recalls, “I quoted at least four other companies.
