Bella Rose and Caitlyn

Caitlyn and her gorgeous Domestic Shorthair cat Bella Rose relocated from Australia to New Zealand with Petraveller. Here’s their pet travel story.

Caitlyn adopted Bella Rose at a Big Adoption Day event last year. It was love at first sight for Caitlyn. She remembers fondly, “Bella Rose was hiding the whole time in a little dome during the adoption event because she was so scared of seeing so many people at once.”

Bella Rose soon became a very important part of Caitlyn’s home. Caitlyn says, “As soon as she trusts you, she will not leave your side. She constantly follows me everywhere, and if I am sitting or lying down, she will climb on to me and give me kisses. She is very affectionate.”

Caitlyn was moving back home to New Zealand and couldn’t imagine leaving Bella behind. Caitlyn was very nervous about the pet transport and decided to enlist Petraveller’s assistance to fly Bella from Brisbane to Christchurch. She says, “I looked at many pet flyers before choosing Petraveller. Petraveller’s zero-harm rating made my day. I was very nervous about the flight after reading stories of passengers losing their pets.”

Bella Rose made her journey to New Zealand from Brisbane in good health, much to Caitlyn’s joy. Bella Rose is now enjoying her new home and having brand new adventures in New Zealand. Thank you, Caitlyn, for trusting us with your precious cargo.
