“Petraveller’s professional approach and good reviews made me choose them.”
Domestic Shorthair Cid recently travelled from Melbourne to Edgware, London with Petraveller. Pet mum Cassandra talks about how he is a special part of the family and shares her pet relocation experience.
Cassandra saved Cid (when he was a kitten) from being put down at a local farm shop. He has been with her for eight years and is a special part of the family. Cassandra says, “He has travelled a lot with me over the years and has always been very good at settling in new environments. Now that he’s getting older, he is a bit more sensitive and grumpy if things aren’t how he prefers them.”
Cid is a huge part of Cassandra’s life. She says, “I love him as he’s so loyal, curious, funny and pretty. He has a mad half hour each day where he runs around the house to play chase just like a kitten. He is set in his ways and has routines that tick over like clockwork.”
She adds, “He’s curious and loves to follow us around the house or garden and will run out to greet us at the side of the car when we arrive home. He meows a lot as if he is talking.”
Cassandra and the family were moving to London, UK for work and it was evident that Cid would be joining them. She started her search for international pet relocation companies to help her with her pet’s journey. Just like all pet parents, Cassandra wanted the best for Cid, where he would be well looked after. She received quotes from different companies and decided that Petraveller was just the right one. She says, “Petraveller’s professional approach, good reviews and the good price made me choose them.”
Cid was an absolute sweetheart and behaved very well on his long flight to London. He is well-settled in his new home and is getting accustomed to the English weather. Cassandra was happy with Cid’s pet travel experience. She says, “Cid arrived so relaxed that I was amazed and pleased. Petraveller was very good and worked to give me the best value for money. I loved the video updates; they made me feel that Cid was okay.”
Thank you, Cassandra, for trusting Petraveller with Cid’s relocation. Here’s to many more incredible adventures with Cid out there in London!
