Petraveller helped pet mum Savannah relocate her darling Dachshund x Jack Russell, Earl, from Melbourne to Auckland. Savannah talks about her pet’s charming personality and shares her international pet travel experience with Petraveller.

Earl became a part of Savannah’s family over three years ago. Savannah smiles as she recalls, “I knew that I wanted to bring a little furry bundle of joy into my life, but the second I met Earl, I knew he was the one. He’s the most special little guy I’ve ever met. Earl brings so much joy to me, my family, and my friends.”

Savannah reveals her pet’s personality. She says, “Earl is an absolute joy and has the sweetest personality. He’s always ready to either curl up for a nap on the couch or join you for a walk in the forest. The best part is when you pet him just the right way, he makes the funniest little happy grunting noises!”

Savannah relocated to Auckland, New Zealand, due to work. “I was hired for a job over in New Zealand just over a year ago. I wasn’t sure how long I would be here, so I had my family keeping good care of Earl in my absence. But now that I’ve been given the green light to stay for an extended time, it’s time to bring Earl over and show him all the incredible places in New Zealand I’ve wanted to share with him,” says Savannah.

In order for Earl to have a smooth and stress-free flight, pet mum Savannah decided to hand over the relocation to an international pet travel company. Savannah enquired with a couple of other pet travel companies before zeroing in on Petraveller to help with the pet transport from Australia to New Zealand.
