“Franklin is a cheeky and overly loving boy.”

Here’s the travel story of a cheeky French Bulldog, Franklin, who loves getting tanned in the sun and taking naps beside the swimming pool. Read on for more about Franklin and his international pet travel experience to London.

Leah and her partner welcomed Franklin into their home two years ago and have loved Franklin every second ever since. Leah says, “Unfortunately, we had to leave for the United Kingdom for a short period in 2019, and since then, Franklin has stayed with my mum (his nana) Jane.” 

Leah describes Franklin as a cheeky and overly loving boy. Leah laughs and says, “Franklin loves his toys big and small, but his ultimate favourite is a cheap hairbrush from KMART. If ever we haven’t seen Franklin in a while, we find him tanning in a nice spot of sun or taking naps beside the swimming pool. Franklin’s favourite thing is to snuggle up in the blankets and bury himself under the sheets.” Leah adds, “Franklin might be in a bit of a shock when he arrives in rainy England!”

Franklin was moving to his new home in London to be with Leah and her partner. Leah says, “We had planned to go home to Australia to bring Franklin back to England with us, but due to COVID-19, it hasn’t been possible, and the only option for us was to transport him here to London. We have spent two years separated from our family and Franklin.” 

Leah adds, “Franklin coming to be with us is one of the most special things that we are looking forward to. He is a member of our family, and will bring so much joy to us in these tough times of lockdowns and Covid! We can’t wait to be reunited with Franklin and give him a massive cuddle! He is our little baby, and we can’t wait to see him again.”

Leah decided to hire an international pet relocation company to make Franklin’s journey more comfortable and less stressful.
