Gem and Marcel

Marcel relocated from Brisbane to Christchurch during the COVID-19 pandemic. He reached out to Petraveller to assist him with his Staffordshire Terrier Gem’s relocation. Marcel talks about Gem and explains why he decided to hire Petraveller for the international pet relocation.

Gem has been a part of the Cross family since 2010. Marcel says, “We purchased her as a mate for our other Staffy.”

Talking about Gem, Marcel says, “Gem loves to exercise and being at the beach. She is most happy when she is around her family. She’s a bit shy and timid when travelling in an aircraft.”

Marcel was moving back home to Christchurch, New Zealand due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He says, “We had relocated to Australia for employment opportunities, but this was impacted due to the pandemic. So, we have decided to head back home.” Leaving Gem behind was never an option for Marcel and she was going with them to New Zealand.

Marcel started looking out for an international pet relocation agency to help him with the move. He reached out to Petraveller to assist in relocating his pet abroad.
