Jasper, Minnie and Shashi

Shashi and his two gorgeous felines, Jasper and Minnie, travelled from Melbourne to London with Petraveller. Shashi talks about his pets personalities and explains why he chose Petraveller for the international pet relocation.

Jasper was rescued by Shashi’s mother-in-law after he was abandoned by a neighbour when he was five. Shashi says, “He is now our cat, and Jasper makes it very clear that we belong to him.” Minnie was also rescued by Shashi’s mother-in-law when she was a kitten. 

Though Jasper loves humans more than cats, he is still super loving to his feline family. Shashi says affectionately, “He is cool with hanging out with everyone but needs his alone time. He loves cuddles, is extremely affectionate and headbutts your heart when you are upset!”

Minnie, on the other hand, was abused as a kitten. Shashi says, “She is timid and scared when she doesn’t know someone, but when she gets to know you, she is super cuddly!” He adds, “Minnie also loves to play, and she can leap over anything, no matter how high.”

Shashi was relocating the cats to London due to the passing of his mother-in-law. He says, “Jasper is now moving to the UK and will be living with me. And Minnie will be living with my mum and dad so we can keep giving her cuddles!”
