Jax and Corinne

Petraveller transported handsome Staffordshire Terrier Jax from Sydney to Christchurch. We had a quick word with pet mum Corinne about her dog and why she chose Petraveller for her pet’s relocation. Here’s what she has to say.

Jax has been a part of the Akhurst family for the past two years. Corinne adoringly refers to him as her baby. She says, “We got him for our daughter as a birthday present when he was eight weeks old.”

Jax is a happy, social and a very intuitive dog. He loves cuddles, playing and hanging out with humans or other four-legged animals. 

The Ankhurst family were relocating within Australia to a place where they weren’t allowed to bring domestic animals. Corinne says, “We decided to send Jax to a family member in New Zealand, who will give him the same love and environment that we have for the last two years.”

Corinne began looking for an accredited pet transport agency to help with the pet transport to New Zealand. She says, “We received four quotes from different companies. We felt that Petraveller’s service was more aligned to what we wanted for Jax.”
