Lola and Christina

“Lola loves her hoomans.”

The Opdendries family were relocating from Brisbane to Calgary to be with their near and dear ones. Petraveller helped relocate the family’s cute Boxer, Lola. Pet mum Christina talks about Lola and tells us why she used Petraveller for Lola’s international pet relocation to Calgary. 

Lola and her siblings were being sold in a town where Christina and her family lived. The family instantly fell in love with Lola and made her a part of their family in July 2019. Christina recollects, “We wanted to name her either Lola or Roxy. It so happened that her name from the owner was Lola and her mom’s name was Roxy. We knew it was meant to be. Lola is so loved and is a part of our family forever.”

Christina goes on to share her pet’s quirky side. She says fondly, “Lola is a chilled-out, laid-back boxer with great love for her zoomies. She loves her hoomans, and loves being around us. Her favourite thing is a fleece blanket to curl up in.”

Christina and her family were moving back home to Calgary, Canada. “We miss our home and family very much. There was no way we were leaving Lola behind. We can’t wait to see what she is like with snow,” says Christina.
