The Covid-19 pandemic has compelled many people to move back home, including Katie and her adorable Cavoodle Paka. Katie chose Petraveller to relocate her pet from Brisbane to Wellington. She talks about Paka and tells us why she chose Petraveller for the international pet transport.

About a year ago, Paka became a part of Katie’s life as a little pup. Katie says, “He is a curious dog, yet calm and gentle. He doesn’t bark but loves to snuggle up and have a snooze. He’s always keen for a good play – he prefers playing with the big dogs!”

Katie decided to move back home to Wellington, New Zealand. She says, “I moved permanently to Australia in March, but due to the pandemic, I wasn’t able to settle down and get a permanent job or a house for myself. So, I'm moving back home.” Like all pet parents who consider pets as family members, when the idea of Paka’s relocation came up, it was evident that he would be following Katie.
