Pumba and Simone

Petraveller had the opportunity to relocate handsome Staffordshire Terrier Pumba from Melbourne to Wellington. We had a quick word with pet mum Simone who was more than happy to talk about Pumba and her experience with Petraveller.

Simone adopted Pumba in 2016 when he was just ten weeks old. She smiles and says, “We loved him the moment we saw him. Pumba was such a loving little puppy, and our two boys loved him too. Our family has grown since, and Pumba has always been very gentle with all our babies.”

Pumba is a friendly, sociable dog who loves attention. Simone says fondly, “He loves to be involved with the family and is like a giant care bear.”

Simone and her family were moving to Wellington, New Zealand. She says, “My partner is from Wellington; he has moved back to help his grandparents with their lawn mowing business.”

The Kiss family had already moved to New Zealand and Pumba was staying in Australia with his grandparents. The family was sure that they wanted Pumba to join them in New Zealand. Simone says, “We missed him so much, and we have finally saved enough to bring him over.”
