Ronan and Lynette

We flew handsome Maltese Ronan from Brisbane to Christchurch. Here’s proud mum Lynette talking about her pet and their pet relocation experience.

Ronan was adopted by Lynette when he was seven weeks old from a breeder in Gympie, Queensland in October 2017. She says, “He is definitely a mama’s boy and is loved very much. He loves company, cuddles and being around kids.”

Ronan is one cute doggy who is loved by everyone. Lynette says, “Ronan has his personality depending on his mood. He will play fetch with his soft toy until he has had enough. He likes to lick you heaps, if you allow it. He likes to chill out on his own when he’s napping. Ronan also loves to play tug of war with his brown toy dog, Bruce”.

Lynette was relocating to Shirley, Christchurch to take care of her younger brother, who has been diagnosed with dementia. She says, “I’m going to take him into my care for as long as possible, and I feel the Ronan’s presence will be good for him.”

For a stress-free relocation experience, Lynette started reviewing different pet travel companies. She says, “I was going to do this myself, but with having so much to do, I decided to use a service. I had many quotes from different pet relocators and everyone was different in pricing. Petraveller was the dearest of all quotes by a few hundred but as I wanted Ronan to be well looked after, the price didn’t come into it. ” She adds, “I liked that Petraveller kept me updated about my pet’s movements both on the ground and in the air.”
