Rufus and Elise

“We can’t imagine life without Rufus. He brings us so much joy.”

Rufus travelled from Cairns to London with Petraveller. Pet mom Elise talks fondly about her pet dog and tells us why she chose Petraveller for the international pet transport.

Elise and her partner have always wanted a dog, and when they happened to come across Cavoodles, they wanted one. Elise says, “Cavoodles have such a soft, loving, beautiful nature. When our breeder showed us a photo of Rufus, we knew he was the one. He had a long journey to get to us, flying from Wagga Wagga to Cairns. We can’t imagine life without Rufus. He brings us so much joy.”

Speaking about her pet’s beautiful nature, Elise shares, “Rufus is such a happy dog. He gets so excited every time we come home, even if we’ve been out for 30minutes. He’s a very affectionate dog, and loves to sleep above my head on my pillow most nights.” She smiles and continues, “Rufus is extremely friendly with other animals and thinks everyone is his best friend. Everyone that meets him can’t believe how happy he is. It’s such a beautiful trait he has.”

Elise and her partner were relocating to London with Rufus to be close to family. Elise began her search for pet travel companies to take care of Rufus’s relocation from Cairns to London. Like all pet parents, Elise wanted the best for Rufus, where he would be comfortable and well looked after.
