“Winston means the world to me.”

Here’s the relocation story of a sock monster, Winston, who travelled from Hobart to Dublin with Petraveller. Read to know more about Winston and his international pet relocation experience. 

Handsome Rhodesian Ridgeback x German Shepherd Winston got his forever home when Megan rescued and took him home in Tasmania. Megan says affectionately, “Winston has been with me in Bundaburge to Townsville and then out in the bush in Condamine and travelled back down to Tasmania some months ago. We have been glued together ever since. Now we are getting ready to make the big move back home to Ireland. Winston is my best friend and means the world to me. I want us to have the best life and adventures together.”

Speaking about Winston’s quirks, Megan smiles and says, “Winston is a fun-loving, energetic pup, and we can read each other’s mind. Beware never to leave your socks lying around, or the sock monster will take them!”

Megan was heading back home to Dublin, Ireland. She says, “I am from Ireland, from the countryside, so rolling hills and lakes everywhere, and I know Winston will love it there. Also, my family can’t wait to meet him.”

Megan began looking for pet travel options as she wanted her dear Winston to have a safe and stress-free pet travel experience.
