Daisy and Yvonne

Yvonne and her cute Golden Retriever Daisy relocated from Melbourne to Munich with Petraveller. Yvonne speaks about Daisy and sheds light on why she chose Petraveller over other pet transport companies.

Daisy joined the Wagner family when she was one year old. They adopted her from an older couple. Yvonne says, “We decided to adopt Daisy as we wanted our other Golden Retriever Tess to have company. The two are also cousins and love being with each other.”

Daisy is a very happy and affectionate four-year-old Golden Retriever. Yvonne smiles and says, “She loves cuddling and lets you know when she wants a cuddle by giving you a nudge with her nose or paw.” Daisy loves being around people and other dogs and is always with Yvonne and her family. “She has her favourite pillow, which she often carries around and gives it to us as a present. She loves taking our cushions and blankets too, but thankfully she does not destroy them,” says Yvonne.

The Wagner family were relocating to Munich because of family reasons. They were looking forward to a new adventure. Yvonne says, “As we have two dogs, it was hard to decide which one to take with us and which one to foster out, as both the dogs are a big part of our family.”

Yvonne was a bit apprehensive about Daisy’s flight as Daisy is scared of thunder and loud noises. She says, “When Daisy was young, she used to sleep in a crate but would always escape, so we hope she won’t do it on the plane.”

Yvonne booked Petraveller’s services for Daisy’s pet travel to Munich. She explains, “We compared other pet travel agencies, and decided that Petraveller was the best option as everything was inclusive. Dealing with the paperwork would be too challenging for us to do on our own. We were delighted that Petraveller kept us updated and sent us photos throughout Daisy’s journey.”
